Everything you love about the traditional chocolate crackle, but just a little less sweet. This updated version of the classic chocolate crackle is perfect for those who like their crackles a little more chocolatey and a little less sweet.

Method:
  1. Line a 12-hole muffin pan (⅓-cup capacity) with paper cases.
  2. Combine Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, cocoa and coconut in a large bowl.
  3. Place Copha in a small saucepan and stir over low heat, remove from heat immediately once melted. Combine with Rice Bubble mixture.
  4. Spoon crackle mixture evenly amongst prepared paper cases. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
Tips & Hints:
  • Crackles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for three to four days.
