Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 x 400g (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 375g spaghetti
- 550g diced firm white fish
- 400g peeled green medium prawns
- 150g sliced small calamari tubes
- 300g (9) prepared mussels
- 1 1/2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Italian Herbs
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Dill
