Lemony Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1/8 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
A dash of Tabasco sauce
90g butter
Salt and pepper
Method
Place egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a blender
Cover and blend for about 5 seconds
Melt the butter over a low heat until completely melted
Pour in the melted butter - a little at a time while blending
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve with your desired dishes
