Thai Tonic
Ingredients
45ml Gin
15ml Pomegranate Liqueur
4 Thai basil leaves
Top up with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
Method
Gently bruise Thai basil leaves by clapping between hands and add to a highball glass
Add Gin and Pomegranate Liqueur
Add ice and top with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
