Enjoy a new twist on traditional bruschetta by adding a dollop of ricotta.
Ingredients
4 slices of crusty bread loaf
1 clove garlic
2 vine-ripened tomatoes
basil leaves, torn
olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons Perfect Italiano Smooth & Creamy Ricotta
Method
Toast or char grill bread then rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
Slice tomatoes and place on top of the bruschetta then arrange the basil and ricotta.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Tips & Hints
Good quality day old bread is best to use.
