- 1/4 nutmeg, grated
- 1 bunch spinach, washed and finely chopped
- 400g Perfect Italiano Light Ricotta
- 40g butter
- 25g Perfect Italiano Parmesan, grated
- 16 cannelloni tubes
- 200g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella, grated
- 700mL Italian tomato passata sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
