Prosciutto and Mozarella Scrolls

Prosciutto and Mozarella Scrolls
Ingredients
2 cups self raising flour
180ml milk
1/2 cream
2 tbsp milk
80g prosciutto ham, thinly sliced
150g mozzarella cheese plus extra for garnish (grated)
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C on fan forced function
Line a baking tray with baking paper
fork whilst adding the milk gradually until mixture forms into dough
Transfer to a clean work surface and knead gently to incorporate all the flour
Use a floured rolling pin and roll the dough to a square of 1 cm thickness
Brush the surface with a little milk and line with prosciutto slices followed by mozzarella
Starting from the side closest to you, roll up firmly to form a log
Cut crossways into 8 even portions
Place cut-side up and lightly brush scrolls with milk
Sprinkle with extra cheese and bake for 20 minutes
