- 400g lamb mince
- 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Moroccan Seasoning
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 1/3 cup couscous
- 1 1/3 cup boiling water
- 200g roasted red capsicum, chopped
- 80g baby spinach leaves
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
