Ingredients
- 400g Quail Breast Fillets
- Marinade:1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons
- lemon or lime juice
- Salad: 1 cup firmly packed coriander leaves
- 1 cup firmly packed mint leaves
- 1/2 cup firmly packed vietnamese mint leaves (available summer months)
- 1/2 cup firmly packed thai basil leaves
- 1 lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 125g bean sprouts
- 1/3 cup fried shallots (available from the asian section of your supermarket)
