Easy homemade sauce that makes chicken taste great.
Ingredients
4 small skinless chicken fillets
Olive oil cooking spray
1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 teaspoons dairy free spread
2 teaspoons seeded mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Heat a char-grill pan (or non-stick frypan) and spray chicken fillets lightly with olive oil spray. Cook chicken fillets for 5 minutes on each side but only turn once
While chicken is cooking, blend cornflour into Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite in a saucepan and add dairy free spread. Heat mixture gently, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens. Add seeded mustard, parsley, chives, tarragon and pepper
Pour sauce over char grilled chicken fillets and serve
