Tropical Fruit Smoothie recipe made with pineapple, mango and banana blend for a refreshing breakfast or snack. Easy to make, customise to your taste.
Ingredients
200g can chopped pineapple in natural juice
500g punnet strawberries, hulled, chopped
2 ripe mangoes, flesh removed (or 250ml mango nectar)
500ml Vitasoy Ricemilk Protein Enriched
Method
In a food processor, blend pineapple, strawberries, mango and Vitasoy Ricemilk Protein Enriched until smooth. Blend until well combined. Pour into tall glasses. Serve with a wedge of pineapple
