Chocolate Spider Cakes
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups SR flour
1/2 cup Cadbury Bournville Cocoa
125g butter, softened
1 1/4 cups caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup water
2 cups icing sugar mixture, sifted
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2-3 tablespoons water
Green food colouring
Orange food colouring

Method
Sift together the flour and cocoa. Place in a large bowl; add the butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs and water and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture into 12 x 1/3 cup capacity paper lined muffins pans
Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 20 minutes or until cooked when tested. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Cool
Place the icing sugar mixture in a bowl and stir in the butter and enough water to make a spreadable icing. Colour with food colouring then spread over the cakes. Decorate with strips of snake to resemble spider legs then top with an Oreo. Cut eyes from the remaining snakes and position on top. Store in an airtight container until required
