Ingredients
- 750g pork fillet, trimmed of sinew and thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons grated palm sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1-2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Hot Chilli
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3-4 spring onions, finely chopped
- Fried shallots, to garnish (optional)
- 2 cups long grain rice (optional)
