- 250 ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Perfect Melt 3 Cheese Blend
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 small green chilli, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Rock salt
- 12 scallops on the shell, loosened from shell
- Watercress, for garnish
