Mango and Passionfruit Trifle
Ingredients
85 g packet orange flavoured jelly
4 passionfruit
16 sponge finger biscuits, broken into pieces
1/3 cup sweet sherry
2 cups thick vanilla custard
2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups green grapes
2 yellow or green kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
2 x 250g PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
Method
MAKE the jelly as per packet directions only substitute half of the cold water with passionfruit pulp. Chill until set
PLACE the sponge finger biscuits in the bottom of a serving bowl and sprinkle with the sherry. Chop the jelly randomly and spoon it over the sponge finger biscuits then pour over the custard
TOP with the fruit then spread over the PHILLY. Cover and chill for 4-6 hours or overnight.the custard
DRIZZLE the extra passionfruit over the PHILLY just prior to serving
