White Chocolate Passionfruit Cheesecake Slice
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
- 80g butter, melted
- 500g PHILADELPHIA block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 200g cadbury white chocolate melts, melted and cooled slightly
- 3 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
- 170g can passionfruit in syrup
- 1cup cream, softly whipped
- fresh passionfruit, for serving
