Ingredients
- 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pure icing sugar
- Pulp from 4 passionfruit (1/3 cup)
- 15 sponge finger biscuits
- 1/3 cup Cointreau liqueur, combined with 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- Fresh fruit, to serve
- Pulp of 3 passionfruit extra, to serve
