- 900g kipfler potatoes, washed and halved lengthways
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ZOOSH It must be Love Creamy Potato Dressing
- 60 g blue cheese
- Fresh rosemary, extra, for garnish
