- 90g butter, chopped
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup cream
- 100g Milk TOBLERONE, chopped
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar, extra
- 1 egg, extra, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon Cointreau liqueur
- Strawberries, halved for decoration
