Braised Beef with Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
- 2kg trimmed and rolled beef brisket
- 1/4 cup seasoned flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions, thickly sliced
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup golden syrup
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon VEGEMITE
- 1.25kg potatoes, peeled & roughly chopped
- 1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 100g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons cornflour, blended with 1/4 cup cold water
- Steamed Brussels sprouts, to serve
