A quick and easy family treat and super tasty!
Lemongrass and Chilli with Prawns
Ingredients
1 jar Birch & Waite Stir Fry Lemongrass & Chilli Sauce
500g green king prawn, peeled and deveined
Vegetable oil
100g baby corn, halved
2 bunches bok choy, halved lengthwise
1 red capsicum, diced
Method
Stir fry prawns in a little oil until just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside
Stir fry vegetables for 2-3 minute in a hot pan with a little oil
Return the prawns to the pan and add Birch & Waite Stir fry Lemongrass & Chilli Sauce. Heat through and serve with steamed rice
