Make herbed turkey meatballs for easy, healthy finger food for parties for as a quick protein snack to have on hand.
Ingredients
1 small onion, finely chopped
500g Steggles Turkey Shortcuts Mince
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tblsp finely chopped mint
2 tblsp chopped parsley
1 tblsp chopped coriander
1 tsp ground cardamom
Tomato relish to serve
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Shape tablespoonfuls of turkey mixture into balls, refrigerate for 20 minutes
Heat a large, lightly greased fry pan over medium heat. Cook turkey balls in batches for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
Serve with tomato relish
