Ready in 5 minutes, this Hawaiian holiday wrap is a perfect lunchbox snack. This simple recipe is made with delicious pineapple, ham and Colby cheese, giving it a light and scrumptious flavour.
Ingredients
1-2 slices Devondale Colby Cheese
1 white or wholemeal wrap bread
30g shaved ham
1/4 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple
Method
Place the cheese slices in the centre of the wrap
Top with ham and pineapple. Fold the bottom of the bread up first and then roll up into a wrap. Secure using a toothpick, tie up with chives or wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap
