400g chicken breast fillets, cut into 1/2 cm thick slices
1/3 cup ZOOSH Hey Ho Free Range Egg Garlic Aioli
Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
6 x 125g naan breads
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 onion, cut into thin rings
12 green olives, pitted and torn into pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons baby capers, rinsed and drained
Parsley, for sprinkling
Method
PLACE the chicken, aioli and lemon zest in a bowl and stir to combine
TOP each of the naan with cheese, chicken, onion, olives and capers
BAKE the pizzas in a very hot oven 220°C for 15-20 minutes or until bases are golden and chicken is cooked. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately
