This pull apart loaf recipe is the ultimate entertaining cheese loaf idea, made a 4 cheese blend the flavour is sublime.
Ingredients
1 Pane De Casa loaf bread
80g Western Star spreadable butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
50g olives, sliced
250g Perfect Italiano 4 Cheese Melt
50g Fetta cheese
Salt & pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C
Using a serrated knife, cut bread in a criss-cross pattern 4cm apart, without cutting all the way through the bread. Butter bread between each slice
Combine garlic, olives and herbs in a small bowl then spoon in between each slice
Combine Perfect Italiano 4 Cheese Melt and Feta in a bowl. Season with pepper. Push mixture into bread cracks
Loosely cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove foil and bake for a further 5 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is golden
