145g packet Continental Value Pack Pasta & Sauce Creamy Bacon Carbonara
Olive oil for frying
500g packet Pork & Fennel sausages
250g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Extra chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
Method
Prepare Bacon Carbonara Pasta & Sauce according to stovetop directions on packet
Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, for about 8 minutes, or until browned and almost cooked. Remove. Cut sausages on an angle in thick slices
Add sausages back to pan, then add tomatoes and peas
Add cooked Pasta & Sauce to the sausage mix and stir over a low heat for about 2 minutes until hot and peas are tender.
