Ingredients
145g packet Continental Value Pack Pasta & Sauce Creamy Bacon Carbonara
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large zucchini, trimmed, sliced (200g)
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, cut into 3cm lengths (160g)
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Shaved parmesan, to serve
Method
Prepare Pasta & Sauce according to stovetop directions on packet
Heat oil in a medium, non-stick frying pan. Add zucchini and asparagus. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Add peas. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes
Add vegetables to cooked Pasta & Sauce in saucepan with chives and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring over a low heat until hot
