Ingredients
8 Sanitarium Weet-Bix
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups natural yoghurt
4 kiwi fruits, diced
1/4 cup toasted flaked almonds
Method
Using a small saucepan, warm the blueberries until just defrosted and producing small amount of juice but still keeping their shape
Roughly break-up Weet-Bix and add to each glass
Divide berries in each jar then top with yoghurt
Add kiwi fruit then fill jars with another layer of Weet-Bix, berries and yoghurt
