Crunchy Kale Slaw

Ingredients
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
140g bag chopped/shredded kale
4 spring onions, diagonally sliced
1 large carrot, cut into julienne strips
1 large red pepper, cut into julienne strips
4 radishes, cut into julienne strips
1/2 ZoOsh So Fabulous Kickin Coleslaw
4 rashers streaky bacon, cut into strips and cooked until crisp
Method
Combine the almonds, seeds, oil and paprika and spread onto a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven 200°C for 6-8 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool
Combine all the vegetables in a bowl with the dressing. Toss to combine. Scatter over the bacon and seeds and serve immediately
