400g unsliced garlic bread, baked according to pack directions
6 short cut bacon rashers, fried until crispy
500g chicken tenderloins, chargrilled and sliced
6 poached eggs, for serving
Method
Toss the lettuce with half of the dressing and cheese
Cut each length of garlic bread into 3 even pieces to make 6 then place into the serving bowls. Top the bread with the bacon, then a generous portion of the salad and some chicken. Drizzle over the remaining dressing, top each with a poached egg and sprinkle with remaining cheese, serve immediately
