400g small Brussels sprouts, trimmed and a small cross cut in the base
20g butter, melted
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 rashers shortcut bacon, cut into thin strips and cooked until crisp
1/2 cup ZoOSh All Hail The Great Caesar
Flaked Parmesan cheese, for serving
Method
Toss the sprouts in the butter, oil and seasonings. Bake in a very hot oven 220°C for 25-30 minutes, or until tender. Cool slightly then combine with the bacon and dressing. Scatter over the Parmesan and serve immediately
