Ingredients
1 cup thickened cream
1 packet mini jam rolls (6 in packet)
1 cup store bought custard
2 tbs raspberry jam or sauce
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup green grapes, sliced
2 mangoes, diced
2 pomegranate, seeds only
Fresh mint
Method
Divide cream evenly into each glass
Slice each jam rolls into 6 even portions and arrange at the bottom of glass
Divide custard evenly into each glass on top of sponge, then top with jam
