Anzac Biscuits
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Combine flour, oats, coconut and sugar in a large bowl
  2. Melt butter and golden syrup together over a gentle heat. Mix soda into boiling water, then add to butter mixture. Stir into dry ingredients
  3. Allowing room for spreading, place tablespoons of mixture on buttered baking trays and flatten slightly with a fork.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown. Cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely

after making this recipe I knew they where gonna turn out like GODS, and I was right this recipe is amazing, I think I have tried three Anzac biscuit recipes and this one was by far the best, although I did forget to add hot water until I was about to roll em up to put them on the tray, so I boiled the Ketel and chucked a bit of water in, this made them sticky so it was easier to roll them up, oh and I also added another 2 Tbsps. of golden syrup, and OMG like I said they turned out amazing....
