Asian Meatballs with Simple Satay Sauce
  1. Combine the mince, ginger, onion, water chestnuts, kecap manis, coriander and garlic in a large bowl and mix well. Divide and shape into 2-3 cm balls. Place in a large roasting pan
  2. Bake in a hot oven 200°C for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally to ensure even browning
  3. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until smooth and heated through. Remove from heat, pour into a serving bowl and place on a serving platter with the meatballs
  4. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
  • Serving suggestion: Thread blanched snow peas and hot meatballs onto decorative skewers to serve
