Avocado Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Dice all of Avocado, spring onions, gherkins and boiled eggs
  2. Cook pasta and drain well
  3. Combine all ingredients including drained tuna until mixed well
  4. Add mayo if required to make creamier
  5. Serve in open crusted bread
