Banana and Passionfruit Pastries
  1. Cut the pastry into 4 even squares. Fold edges over lcm and twist corners to secure. Prick well with a fork and bake in a hot oven 200°C for 8-10 minutes or until cooked and golden. Cool on a wire rack
  2. Beat together the PHILLY, sugar and lemon rind
  3. Spoon 2 heaped tablespoons of the PHILLY mixture into each pastry and top with bananas and passionfruit. Dust with icing sugar
  4. Serve immediately
