Buckwheat Super food Granola
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. To make homemade date syrup add 3 dates and 1/4 cup water into a blender and process until combined.
- Place the buckwheat, oats or flakes, chia, sesame seed, wheat germ, slivered almonds, pepitas and sunflower seeds mixed together on a lined baking tray.
- Drizzle the date syrup over the mixture and toss together.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden.
- Serve topped with pomegranate seeds and almond milk.
