Blueberry and Cream Cheese Toasty
  1. Combine the cream cheese and the icing sugar. Spread the cream cheese mixture on to a slice of the Cinnamon and Fruit Loaf and add blueberries. Spread a little margarine or olive oil spray to the outside of both pieces of bread so you get a lovely golden colour when toasting
  2. On a low to medium heat, add the sandwich to a pan to toast. Turn the sandwich over once you have reach your desired level of toasting. Remove from the pan, slice and finish with an extra sprinkling of icing sugar
