Cherry Tomato, Basil & Bocconcini Pizza
Ingredients:

Method:
Pizza Base
  1. Mix water, oil, yeast and sugar
  2. Add the flour and salt
  3. Mix all together
  4. Knead until smooth on a lightly floured bench top
  5. Roll out to desired size
  6. You can leave until dough has risen slightly (to give a softer crust) or you can use straight away
Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 210°C
  2. You can cook the pizza using the fan forced or bottom element and fan cooking function
  3. Spread the passata over the base
  4. Top with the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and torn basil
  5. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes or until the base is crisp and the mozzarella melts
  6. Top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil
