Crunchy Cornflake Cookies
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture
- Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required
