Method:
Lemony Hollandaise Sauce
  1. Place egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a blender
  2. Cover and blend for about 5 seconds
  3. Melt the butter over a low heat until completely melted
  4. Pour in the melted butter - a little at a time while blending
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Serve with your desired dishes
