Ingredients:

Green Sludge and Pond Scum Cups

12 The Natural Confectionery Co. Snakes

1 x 85g pkt green jelly, made as per packet directions

200g Cadbury Milk Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces

1/2 cup thickened cream

3 eggs, separated

1/2 x 150g packet Classic OREO Cookies, ground to a powder ('dirt')

6 Cadbury Mini Screme Eggs

Method:

Place a snake in the bottom of each of 6 clear disposable cups. Pour over the jelly and refrigerate until set
Place the chocolate and half of the cream in a bowl over simmering water and melt. Remove from heat and cool slightly before whisking in the egg yolks
Softly whip the remaining cream and fold into the chocolate mixture
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form and then gently fold through chocolate mixture. Spoon evenly over the jelly then top with Oreo dirt. Decorate each with a snake that has a Screme Egg in its mouth
