A fresh and delicious pasta using prosciutto, vegetables and mediterranean herbs.

Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat grill to high. Place prosciutto on a baking tray. Grill for 4 - 5 minutes or until crisp. Set aside to cool. Break into pieces
  2. Meanwhile, Cook penne pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet directions until tender. Drain. Return to pan
  3. Add olive oil and Gourmet Garden Mediterranean Seasoning. Toss to coat. Add semi-dried tomatoes, baby rocket, prosciutto and roasted yellow capsicum to pasta. Toss to combine. Serve topped with crumbled feta if desired
