Milk Chocolate Coconut No-Bake Slice
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Combine the coconut, cornflake crumbs, fruit, cocoa, condensed milk and butter in a large bowl and mix well
  2. Press into the base of a greased and paper lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan (ensure paper extends 5cm above the top of the pan). Refrigerate until firm
  3. Gently melt together the chocolate and extra 90g butter in a bowl over simmering water. Spread over slice and chill until set
  4. Store chilled in an airtight container until required. Cut into thin rectangles and serve at room temperature

As per other review, it was nice, but didn't set and remained very wet. I might try rolling it into balls.

Found it was very sickly and pulled it all to pieces and rolled in balls with coconut. was very wet and could not be cut as a slice
