These burgers are great bite size nibbles for parties. For a mid week meal make the burgers larger and serve in baguettes.

Mini Philly Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Combine mince, onion, Philly, nuts, basil and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Use 2 tablespoons of the chicken mix to make each burger.
  2. Toss the burgers through flour until coated
  3. Brush breadstick with garlic and butter. Bake in oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Keep warm
  4. Heat a large non-stick pan. Cook the burgers over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown
  5. Serve burgers on garlic toast and garnish with basil leaves
