Moroccan Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Chop chicken breast fillets into 2cm cubes. Place in a bowl. Add Gourmet Garden Moroccan Seasoning, olive oil, lemon rind and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Toss to coat. Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers
  2. Combine couscous with boiling water in large heatproof bowl, cover; stand about 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff couscous with a fork
  3. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, watercress and toasted pine nuts. Stir to combine
  4. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add skewers. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve with couscous
