Lightly spiced meatballs on a bed of cous cous made easy using Moroccan Seasoning.

Method:
Moroccan Meatballs with Cous Cous
  1. Combine lamb mince with Gourmet Garden Moroccan Seasoning, onion, breadcrumbs and 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander in a bowl. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls
  2. Heat a large oiled non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 7 - 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan. Add zucchini to pan. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from pan
  3. Combine couscous with boiling water in large heatproof bowl, cover; stand about 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff couscous with a fork
  4. Add roasted red capsicum, baby spinach leaves and zucchini. Stir to combine. Stir 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Coriander through natural yoghurt and serve meatballs & couscous
