Smoked Trout Pancakes
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Combine the Philly, sour cream, chives, rind and juice of lime, sauce and trout. Divide Philly mixture and spread evenly over the pancakes.
  2. Roll to enclose the filling. Place onto an oven tray and cover well with foil
  3. Bake in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes or until crepes are warmed through. Serve with a green salad
