Spicy Dhal Dip
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, lentils, spices and water and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until lentils are tender
  2. Stir through the PHILLY until smooth then spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with herbs and serve warm or chilled with pita toasts, pappadums and vegetables
