The Ultimate Curried Sausages
  1. PLACE the sausages in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the sausages are cooked. Drain and cool
  2. REMOVE and discard the skins from the sausages and cut into 1cm diagonal slices
  3. HEAT the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion for 4-5 minutes or until softened. Add the spices, garlic and chilli and cook gently for a further 1-2 minutes until fragrant
  4. STIR in the water, coconut milk, VEGEMITE and sausages, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
  5. STIR through the PHILLY, beans and sugar and cook a further 2-3 minutes until well heated then toss through half the coriander
  6. SPOON over the rice and garnish with remaining coriander leaves. Serve immediately

Wow I have made quick and boring curried sausages before but this took some time yes but wow very nice . I will make it again to share with friends in the future. This is certainly not a boring curried sausage meal. Thanks.

This is absolutely delicious. Beautiful flavour. If like your curry a little thicker then possibly just reduce the amount of water. . . . . . will definitely be having this one again :)
